OUR HERITAGE
Born as a Construction and Maintenance Services Company in 1998, OnSite Companies has been providing clients with quality building solutions for decades. OnSite Solar, LLC continues that tradition of excellence and has grown to become our largest division. Today, we have developed the in-house expertise to perform DG scale, turnkey solar installations across the Northeast US, becoming the second largest installer in NY State.
OUR MISSION
We Build and Maintain Distributed Generation Solar Projects across the Eastern US. We work with owners and developers to achieve success on their builds by offering the right resources and build approach to meet their specific needs. Our skilled Project Managers, Supervisors, Solar Installers, and Electricians will bring value to a client’s individual scope needs,
or we can apply the full measure of our team to successfully deliver the entire
project through a turnkey project approach.

With strengths in both sales and construction management, Brian is directly responsible for all contract review and negotiations at OnSite Solar. Brian began his career selling and managing large commercial and industrial design/build projects in the late 1990’s, after receiving a Bachelor of Science

With strengths in both sales and construction management, Brian is directly responsible for all contract review and negotiations at OnSite Solar. Brian began his career selling and managing large commercial and industrial design/build projects in the late 1990’s, after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Utica College of Syracuse University. It was then that he learned the critical fundamentals for delivering successful construction projects. As the Solar industry started to grow in New York State, Brian applied those fundamentals, and years of experience as a General Contractor, to successfully deliver OnSite’s first Distributed Generation Solar build in 2017. From that point, and ongoing today, Brian is focused on developing the people and procedures that are the driving forces for OnSite Solar’s continued success. Brian is also instrumental in the planning and development of new business and customer retention.

Leading the finance team, Beth is responsible for the company’s financial services including accounting, payroll, budgeting, job cost analysis & projections. Beth has been the Controller with OnSite Companies since 2012 and brought with her over 30 years of experience in the construction industries. As the Controller for OnSite Solar, Beth has strived to be conversant with the New York State regulations associated with solar tax classifications for installation of large commercial arrays. She possess a Bachelors in Accounting (2010) and an MBA in Accounting and Forensics (2016), as well as an Associates in both Legal Administration (1985) and Paralegal Studies (1992).
